About Us
The Red Cask Company was born from a simple but powerful idea — that truly exceptional whisky come from equally exceptional casks. In 2017, we realised there were no independent bottlers dedicated exclusively to whiskies matured in first-fill sherry casks. Recognising the global demand for rich, sherried profiles, we set out to create the first brand of its kind.
From the outset, we were uncompromising about cask quality. We conducted trials with many different bodegas in Jerez, Spain, before finding the perfect partners. As proud members of the Consejo Regulador, we now source our casks directly from certified bodegas, ensuring full traceability and exceptional maturation quality.
Since launching, The Red Cask Company has grown into a respected name in the world of independent Scotch whisky. Our bottlings — always natural colour, non-chill filtered, and cask strength — are now enjoyed in over 18 countries, embraced by collectors, connoisseurs, and the trade alike.
As independent bottlers ourselves, we know the challenges all too well: finding the right cask, coordinating transport, managing warehouse requests, sourcing dry goods, designing labels, completing paperwork — the back and forth, the time spent, the headaches.
That’s why we created Whisky Bottlers in 2025 — the world’s first online platform where customers can browse casks, request samples, select dry goods and label templates, and complete the transaction in one streamlined process. Our goal is simple: take the pain out of bottling, offering a one-stop shop that saves time and money while guaranteeing a high-quality result.
From bulk supply to blended Scotch, private label services to premium single casks, we’re here to make great whisky more accessible, more flexible, and more personal.
